Fees and Consultation process
My fee is established on an individual basis based on patient resources. I am not on insurance panels, but provide super bills for patients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement directly from their insurance companies.
I bill at the end of each month and expect payment within a week. I hold the agreed upon scheduled time for each patient, and have a 48-hour cancelation policy.
The consultation process is important in order to get a sense of whether we are the right fit. Administrative questions can be discussed on the phone before making an appointment. However, experiencing a session, either on zoom or in my office on the Upper West Side, will best help you determine whether you want to move forward together.
